Smiling Kids, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501(C)(3) organization* that provides birthday presents to economically disadvantaged
children and teens in 25 different communities in Massachusetts. Working in concert with 16 local non-profit agencies,
Smiling Kids identifies children for whom the thought of a present on their birthday is just a dream. Through the Birthday
Smiles program, Smiling Kids then provides the child’s parent or guardian with an anonymous gift, which they can present
to the child.

Each year Smiling Kids’ volunteer run charity hosts one major fund-raising event to support the Birthday Smiles program.
The 2007 Smiling Kids Birthday Bash raised over $110,000 that allowed significant expansion into new communities and
many more “smiling kids” in 2008. The goal of the 2008 Smiling Kids Annual Birthday Bash is to continue this success and
raise the funds necessary to sustain the Birthday Smiles program in the current communities while allowing for expansion
of the into more Massachusetts towns.

This year the Smiling Kids Annual Birthday Bash will be hosted at the Brae Burn Country Club in West Newton, MA. The
BBCC is the perfect setting for the anticipated 300 guests to enjoy an evening of fun, food and music - all of which will help
children. 100% of all auction item purchases and donations to the Smiling Kids Annual Birthday Bash will benefit the
Smiling Kids’ Birthday Smiles program. All operating expenses are paid for out of a separate fund established by generous
private donors.

Birthday Bash sponsorship is available at many different levels. Sponsorship enables you to gain the attention of the
broader community as well as your local audience. Please see attached for sponsorship details.

•        Live or Silent Auction Item Donor
Donors will be listed with their donated item in the event program. Donated items will be placed on display during the
auction with a description and the donor name on the bid sheet.

•        Pick A Smile Bag Donor
Back by popular demand…Birthday Bash guests have the opportunity to “pick” a bag and receive an item of equal or greater
value. Donors will be listed in the event program.
